Project managers

Good people make for good results. Our three project managers are with you every step of the way, making sure you get accurate results on time and on budget. They understand your business and the challenges you’re facing. They work with you to define your project requirements, then work closely with our laboratory and quality management staff to ensure your requirements are met.

Flexible turnaround times

Our typical turnaround time for most analyses is 10 days (the industry standard). But we understand that in the real world, you often can’t wait 10 days for results. Our Project Managers will arrange for expedited turnaround times to meet the needs of your project.

We know permits

With our knowledge of the permit process (Drinking Water, NPDES, Pre-Treatment Agreements, etc.) we’re able to partner with you to manage your permits. We’ll help you interpret the analytical requirements of your permit and schedule the appropriate testing on time.

Certifications

Keystone’s facility in Newton, Iowa, is certified by the National Environmental Laboratories Accreditation Program (NELAP). The Newton laboratory is also certified by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and Kansas Department of Health and Environment (DHE). Our laboratory in Waterloo, Iowa, is certified by the Iowa DNR, and our laboratory in Kansas City, Kansas, is certified by the Kansas DHE. Our laboratory in Centerville, Iowa, is certified by the Iowa DNR, and our laboratory in Kansas City, Kansas, is certified by the Kansas DHE.

Your partner in drinking water compliance

Keystone Laboratories is a full partner with our drinking water clients, ensuring your compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). Our expert project managers handle every aspect of your testing program. We manage your drinking water permit, design sampling protocols to meet your requirements, and provide sample containers with preprinted labels as needed.

Once your samples are analyzed, we report your data directly to the appropriate regulatory agencies, keeping you informed at every step of the process. If your drinking water samples exceed accepted levels, Keystone’s experienced staff stays by your side. We work with you through follow-up sampling and resolution of the issues.

stay in compliance. Our Project Managers will make sure you receive the sample containers and preprinted labels prescribed by your landfill permit. Our reliable courier service will deliver your samples to our laboratory locations, where they’ll be expertly analyzed by our experienced staff. Your results will be instantly available through Sample Buddy, our online results system.

Wastewater samples are analyzed in time to meet your reporting deadlines

Keystone Labs has two decades of experience with wastewater testing and remediation. Our wastewater clients include municipal and county water treatment facilities, construction firms, manufacturers, utilities and engineering firms. We’ll help you stay on top of the latest permit requirements, and meet your monthly reporting deadlines.

NPDES compliant

Much of the wastewater analysis we perform is in accordance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems (NPDES) permit program as authorized by the Clean Water Act. The program requires strict adherence to quality control and quality assurance objectives
